THis is a followup to my post about the activist judge ordering all Kansas public schools closed by June 30. Yesterday, the KS Supreme Court put it on hold.
The Kansas Supreme Court on Wednesday blocked a lower court order that would have closed the state's public schools this fall if legislators failed to fix the state's school financing system.I haven't found the actual ruling yet, but it sounds like the Supreme Court said "everybody, take a breath and calm down."
